This is to help parents whose children have suddenly—seemingly out of the blue—decided they identify strongly with the opposite sex and are at various stages in transitioning. Researchers are calling it Rapid-Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD), and it is epidemic among our most vulnerable youth.
What is this?
A type of adolescent-onset or late-onset (early to mid 20's) gender dysphoria where the development of gender dysphoria is observed to begin suddenly during or after puberty in an adolescent or young adult who would not have met criteria for gender dysphoria in childhood.

Be very careful about taking your child to a clinic, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist or medical doctor who will not have parent involvement/input in your child's treatment plan. CONSIDER rushing medical treatment, dismissal of your concerns, not watchful waiting and the evasion of deep long-term exploratory evidence-based psychotherapy, as a red flag to the proper ethical care of your child.

Many [PARENTS] have contemplated suicide, some seriously.
