I appreciate your interest in starting therapy with me. Kindly read through the attached consent forms, and if you’re ready to proceed, complete the client details forms and return them to me. 
My clinic hours are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM. If you have preferences for specific days or times, please let me know by replying to this email.
My session fee is stated on your initial email from the clinic, and you may be eligible for a rebate through Medicare or your private health fund, if applicable
